Music is a manor of communication via instruments and lyrics which communicates a message to the listener. When creating these band posters they have to communicate a message visually that matches what you will expect to hear when you listen to the music yourself. I accomplished solving this communication gap from audio to visuals by creating  visual characteristics based off of underlying themes in the bands music style; while also making them visually eye catching so they would attract on lookers. Music inspires emotional responses from the listeners, therefore a poster representing the band should evoke a similar response when viewed.
